"Salt & Pepper Study" - 6" x 6" - oil on cradled hardboard panel
*I have a set of salt and pepper shakers which I inherited from my grandparents. I'd say they date back to somewhere around 1950. I really can't be sure. I only know that they are magnificent in their retro look and feel. I don't actually use them at home, but I do have them placed prominently in my studio for inspiration.

Outstanding painting. Do they stay in the holder if picked up by the handle and carried?
