Sushi Study #3 - 6" x 6" - oil on canvas
The last of the three sushi studies, this one is of salmon. I'm not sure why, but salmon is one of my favorites. Don't get me wrong, tuna is delicious, but there's something in the taste of fresh salmon that is so rich and delicious. Plus, the little strips in the flesh are just so pretty. This was my favorite of the three to create.
